Richard Church is a London based photographer specialising in portraits and food. He works both on location and in the studio and his friendly, relaxed manner always puts his subjects at ease, allowing them to get the most from his photography.

He studied Media and Creative Writing at the University of Glamorgan, while continuing his previous career as a chef. An enthusiastic photographer for ten years, he decided to trade in his chef whites and take the plunge into full time freelancing. His passion for food, however, remains and is very much an integral part of his work.

Richard uses digital cameras to capture his images and believes cinema to be his biggest influence when it comes to taking pictures.
